We believe that every future-forward business should strive to operate more sustainably. Nuju was built on a commitment to using only lab-grown stones, produced with no additional harm to the environment.

Being more economical was a huge plus of this decision, effectively allowing us to be bolder and freer to design our pieces. We don't shy away from big gemstones, or even nature-rare gemstones, for as long as these gemstones contribute purposefully to our designs and support our vision.

Using solid gold, too, was a conscious choice. We wanted to produce jewelry that not only holds great design, but holds real value as well. Purchasing a nuju piece represents an investment in something meant to be worn for years, not seasons.

Everything nuju does is done with great thought and meaning.

Our Logo
In the world of diamonds, the term "hearts & arrows" refers to round diamonds cut to precision. These diamonds are so symmetrical and uniform that from the top view, one can see arrow shapes; when the diamond is face down, one can see heart shapes.

As a tribute to her family's jewelry business that has worked so many years dealing in diamonds, the founder wanted to take the image of hearts & arrows and infuse it with the youth and zest that nuju brings.

Padparadscha sapphires are treasured for their unique, delicate blend of pink and orange — a color often compared to a tropical sunset or lotus blossom. Their name comes from the Sinhalese word for “aquatic lotus,” and historically, they’ve been cherished across Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia for their softness and rarity.

Paraiba tourmalines are one of the rarest and most mesmerizing gemstones in the world, known for their electric neon blues and greens that seem to glow from within. Discovered only in the late 1980s in Brazil, they quickly became one of the most coveted gems by collectors and designers alike.

What kind of gold does nuju use?
We use standard purity, solid 14 Karat gold. (Not gold-plated, not gold vermeil – solid.)


What kind of gemstones does nuju use?
We use a variety of lab-grown colored gemstones. These include emerald, paraiba, padparadscha, sapphire, alexandrite, among others.


Where are the pieces manufactured?
All nuju pieces are locally handcrafted in our factory in Meycauayan, Bulacan, the hub of jewelry production in the country.

What are your delivery methods?
For Metro Manila, we have an in-house delivery rider who will securely bring your pieces to you for free. We can also arrange in-person pick-ups at our office in Quezon City.


How long does delivery take?
For Metro Manila orders, our standard lead time is 3 days. We accommodate same-day delivery at a minimal fee. (Orders outside of Metro Manila will be discussed with the customer on a case-to-case basis.)

What are your payment terms?
We offer 3-month layaway plans across all nuju pieces. Nuju will keep your item in storage and will mark it as unavailable until the full amount is paid. In the event that the client is unable to complete payment within 3 months, a cancellation fee of 10% of the item's price will apply before refund.


What are your payment methods?
We accept online transfers through mobile banking and e-wallets, and credit card through PayPal.

Do you offer customization?
For now, nuju does not accept requests for customization. This is still in the works – stay tuned!


How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply fill out the Hold Request form, found within our Catalog. We will email you for order confirmation and to complete payment.


Will you restock?
No. Each nuju piece is one-of-one and will not be restocked once sold.

What is your warranty policy?
Each purchase comes with lifetime warranty – we offer repair for all nuju pieces, upon presentation of a receipt or purchase confirmation. Fees may apply depending on the type of repair.
